The family
Ángel is the patriarch and visionary behind vins S’Olivaret. His passion and dedication are the driving forces that bring life to everything on the estate. Profoundly impacted by the hidden secrets of his grandparents’ winery, his childhood left a deep impression, which nourishes this project in the present. Listening to him is enough to imbue you with his passion for the estate and its wines.
Tona is the matriarch. She is not only the pillar that keeps the family together but also has the finest nose of all of us, making her an essential figure in the decision-making about our wines.
The sons, Ángel and Javier, are involved at different levels. Ángel brings his energy and business knowledge to ensure the winery’s profitability and growth. Javier directs his efforts to the vineyard and winery, infusing his passion into each vine and each barrel. Together, they are weaving S’Olivaret’s next chapter with their combined vision and dedication.

Field Team
Our field manager, Jordi, provides his equally invaluable knowledge of the fieldwork he is a specialist in and of the farm, which he has known since childhood. Jordi’s work and that of his team are vital to the estate. Their efforts are critical for the successful production of our grapes and the impeccable care of our natural surroundings.
